Well I think I'm a little behind as I only just heard about the new series coming out under the Erin Hunter pen name. As soon as I heard it was a post-human setting about dogs I decided to pre-order it. I went to the forums to see if other people were excited as me. Surprisingly 95% percent of posts about it were complaining about how much they 'h8' the idea and how all dogs should die.

THINGS LIKE THIS ARE THE REASON I HATE ALL FANDOMS!

I'm guessing all these posters were prepubescent brats as they either spoke in caps or leet and never backed up their argument. If you don't like dogs, fine, don't read it. Don't go judging it when you haven't even gave it a chance. Yes, It's written by a new author. In my opinion that's GREAT! It won't interfere with the Warriors series and I'm growing tired of the main writers typo's and corny lines. It's a new start and hopefully it will have the same feeling as the original Warrior books.

This new Survivors series sounds amazing and I plan on getting it the day it's released. If I don't like it, well, then I won't buy the rest of the books. Simple. Another thing is the 5th series of Warriors. Although I hate the idea of not know what will happen after The Last Hope, I am kind of looking forward to going back to the beginning. Dawn of the Clans sounds interesting. We would get to know about original Skyclan as well as how the first leaders coped with their new lives. I'm really wishing that they might set one book back in the time of Leopard/Lion/Tigerclan. The only time we got insight into the lives of Leopardclan was in one of the field guides. It would be so awesome if they added more of that but it seems unlikely. The Erin's probably forgot about the ancient clans like they did about all the other traditions set in the first book.

I saw just as much hate on this series as well. People just piss me off. They whine about how they are incapable of reading a book that's not about primitive backstabbing cats and when they do get more of those books they complain that the 'characters will be stupid'. Fuck the fandom. Grow up. Quit complaining and learn to read something else for a change.
